Download started. Please let it finish – your browser usually shows it at the top-right (downloads area).
When it is done, run the installer dataroom-client setup (.exe) and keep this window open – it closes by itself as soon as the client is installed and connected.
Windows may warn that the publisher is unknown („Windows protected your PC“). That is expected for now – choose More info → Run anyway (Weitere Informationen → Trotzdem ausführen) to install.
